Good to know
How does early access work?
Early access runs from 12am Fri 13 Nov to 11:59pm Tue 17 Nov (Brisbane time). Use code EARLY40 for 40% off full-priced skincare, and EARLY30 for 30% off kits and bundles.
Can I use both codes?
Yes. Use EARLY40 on full-priced skincare and EARLY30 on kits and bundles in the same order: just enter both at checkout. Each product takes one code. Member codes can't be combined with other offers, including welcome codes.
Which products are excluded?
Black Friday discounts do not apply to the already-discounted Mask Sampler, Soothe Bundle or Radiance Reset Bundle, or to the 5 Day Rapid Results Kit or A9X BioRejuvenation Serum.
How do kit and bundle savings work?
Kit and bundle savings are total savings against the combined RRP of the individual products, not an extra percentage off.
When do I need to order for Christmas?
Regular Post: Mon 14 Dec. Express Post: Mon 21 Dec. Carrier cut-offs are shown at checkout.
Can I return sale items?
Our usual returns policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
